AI now manages Airbnbs. Humans are... optional.
🧠Jurny built an AI that doesn’t just reply to guests—it runs your whole operation. Messaging, pricing, review replies, even IoT syncing. It’s called Nia. She doesn’t sleep, doesn’t miss, and doesn’t ask for time off. And you can still invest in this future.
The Offer Sheet Fam,
Hope you’re having a wonderful Sunday morning.
Want to know what happens when ChatGPT quits its job and takes over your Airbnb?
We sat down with Luca Zambello (CEO) and the team behind Jurny, who are building agentic AI (fancy term for AI that actually does stuff)—and they’re not just chasing automation, they’re trying to replace entire teams with one very smart assistant named Nia.
In this week’s Q&A, we dive into how Jurny is reshaping the future of hospitality with real-time AI that thinks, acts, and answers faster than your cousin Todd who still hasn’t replied to that group text. From booking boosts to full-stack operational takeovers, this one’s a glimpse into the not-so-distant future. We are proud to be investors.

🧠AI & Automation Strategy
What inspired the development of Nia, Jurny's AI assistant, and how does it differentiate from other AI tools in the hospitality sector?
Nia isn’t just another chatbot. She’s the first agentic AI purpose-built for hospitality—a network of intelligent agents capable of not just communicating, but thinking, deciding, and acting in real time across your entire operation. From managing guest communications to smart, automated upsells, concierge services, task assignments, review responses, IoT syncing, and execution of SOPs—Nia already handles what used to take full teams.
But this is just the beginning.
We built Nia as the foundation for something much bigger: a fully autonomous, AI-powered hospitality platform. A system that doesn’t just assist—but runs. One that will eventually unlock 100x operational efficiency, elevate the guest experience to unprecedented levels, and drive profitability—without the burden of manual oversight.
Where most tools automate one-off tasks, Nia is building an entirely new category: true operational intelligence. While not everything is fully realized today, this is the core infrastructure for the future of hospitality—a future where hosts, managers, and hoteliers can focus solely on scaling their vision, not getting buried in the day-to-day.
AI is the great equalizer. It marks the end of "vision constrained by resources." With Nia, we’re building the ultimate multiplier—turning ambition into execution at scale. The only limit now… is vision.
With rbnb.ai offering free AI-powered listing optimization, how do you envision this tool leveling the playing field for smaller hosts against larger property management companies?
We built rbnb.ai to democratize performance. Big property managers have pricing analysts, copywriters, and full marketing teams. Independent hosts? They’ve got a weekend and a smartphone. rbnb.ai changes that by using real-time AI to optimize titles, descriptions, images, and pricing—based on live market trends and guest behavior. When a solo host can boost bookings by 20% without lifting a finger, the playing field isn’t just level—it’s tilted in their favor.
That’s also why we made the decision to detach rbnb.ai from JurnyOS and jurny.com—even though it’s powered by the same agentic AI core, NIA. While rbnb.ai remains a key part of our premium JurnyOS suite, we wanted to extend its reach to everyone, regardless of portfolio size. This move reflects our mission: to make top-tier tools radically accessible and redefine what’s possible in this industry—not just for the few, but for the many.
Can you elaborate on how Nia's autonomous guest communication and review management have impacted host operations and guest satisfaction?
Time is the new currency in hospitality. Before Nia, hosts were spending 12+ hours a week per unit on tasks like messaging and reviews. With Nia, it’s 1.1 hours. That’s a 90%+ efficiency gain. Review response times dropped from hours to seconds or even zero time being fully automated. And here’s the kicker: guest satisfaction scores have jumped 25% because Nia delivers faster, friendlier, more consistent service—every time.
📊 Product Development & Performance
Early users of rbnb.ai have reported up to a 20% increase in revenue. Could you share specific examples or case studies that highlight this improvement?
We’ve seen hosts go from struggling to break even to outperforming market averages. One example: a Miami host using rbnb.ai increased occupancy from 65% to 82% in just 30 days. How? AI optimized their listing titles, repriced dynamically, rotated high-converting photos, and delivered insights that used to require full teams of marketers and analysts. What once cost tens of thousands—sometimes even millions—is now available instantly through our freemium model. All of it, powered by AI. You get access to smarter, faster decisions, often outperforming entire teams, for free—or for an extremely small SaaS fee if you want even more.
How does JurnyOS 3.0 integrate with Airbnb's platform, and what benefits does this bring to hosts in terms of efficiency and user experience?
JurnyOS 3.0 is deeply integrated with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and 90+ OTAs, enabling real-time syncing of calendars, pricing, and availability—eliminating double bookings for good. But it goes far beyond syncing. Our agentic AI, Nia, powers intelligent messaging that adapts to guest behavior and context, unifying communications across Airbnb, WhatsApp, SMS, and more. This deep integration allows for the full automation of critical operational tasks, from responding to guests to dynamically adjusting pricing and assigning tasks based on SOPs. And with our upcoming release, Nia will take automation even further—managing WhatsApp conversations and orchestrating workflows across your entire operation, all from a single command center.
What measures are in place to ensure that AI-generated listing content remains authentic and avoids potential issues like misleading representations?
Everything we automate—whether it’s messaging, guest reviews, or pricing—is grounded in contextual integrity. That means our AI only acts on real-time data from your properties: amenities, calendar availability, pricing history, guest feedback, and operational context. We're not fabricating polish—we’re enhancing truth.
And because your brand matters, hosts have full control over the voice and tone. With built-in customization tools, you can define how your property sounds, how messages are structured, and how issues are escalated. The result? Automated experiences that feel authentic, personal, and 100% aligned with your brand—while staying compliant with all OTA standards.
đź”® Future Vision & Industry Impact
As AI continues to evolve, how do you foresee tools like Nia and rbnb.ai shaping the future of short-term rental management over the next five years?
We're at the beginning of a massive shift from manual management to autonomous hospitality. In five years, most daily decisions—pricing, messaging, scheduling, guest engagement—will be handled by AI. Nia and rbnb.ai are the new benchmarks of that future. Hosts who embrace these tools will scale 10x faster with 1/10th the overhead. The industry is going from reactive to predictive—and we’re building the infrastructure to make that future real.
Given Airbnb's acquisition of GamePlanner.AI and its focus on personalized guest experiences, how does Jurny plan to stay ahead in the AI-driven hospitality landscape?
Airbnb is moving toward personalization—and that validates our entire thesis. But where they stop at recommendations, we go full-stack. Jurny isn't just reacting to trends—we're defining the category. Our competitive edge is full vertical control and real-time execution.
What are the next major milestones for Jurny in terms of product development and market expansion?
Jurny is entering a pivotal phase of growth on both the product and market fronts. As announced in our recent BusinessWire release, we’ve scaled our executive team with proven leaders from industry giants like Marriott, JP Morgan Chase, Accor, SBE, and Nextbite to accelerate innovation in the short-term rental space while expanding into the broader hotel market. This move sets the stage for Jurny to become the platform of choice across the hospitality landscape.
On the product side, JurnyOS 3.5 is launching on April 29 and marks our next major leap in agentic AI for hospitality. While we can’t share everything just yet, what we can say is this: JurnyOS 3.5 takes guest personalization and operational automation to an entirely new level. Our AI, Nia, is evolving into a fully adaptive system—learning each property manager’s preferences, style, and brand voice. Over time, it will not only optimize tasks but also proactively suggest new automations and operational improvements uniquely tailored to each operator.
This is the foundation for a future where hospitality businesses can scale with true intelligence, powered by AI—not held back by manual systems or limited resources. JurnyOS 3.5 is just the beginning.
How do you address concerns about AI potentially replacing human roles in hospitality, and what is your perspective on balancing automation with the human touch?
AI isn’t here to replace people—it’s here to free them. Great hosts shouldn’t spend their time copying reservation details or answering the same questions 50 times. Nia takes the grunt work off their plate, so they can focus on what humans do best: creating memorable experiences. Automation amplifies hospitality—it doesn’t replace it.
🧠Founder Philosophy
What’s something you believe about the short-term rental market that most others in the space don’t? And how has that belief shaped Jurny’s direction?
Most people in the short-term rental industry still treat operations as a human problem that needs more staff, more training, or more tools to manage complexity. I believe the exact opposite: operational chaos isn’t a staffing issue—it’s a systems issue. And AI, when applied correctly, is the only viable path to true scale and consistency in this industry.
This belief has shaped every decision at Jurny. While others build tools to help people do more, we’re building systems that remove the need for people to do those tasks in the first place, freeing operators to focus on what matters most: their vision, brand, and guest experience—the very reasons they got into hospitality to begin with.
There’s a common misconception that AI can't replace the human touch in hospitality. But the truth is, AI doesn’t replace it—it amplifies it. Hospitality is about fast, personalized, thoughtful service. And when used right, AI can deliver faster responses, deeper personalization, and more consistency than any human team—at scale. This is how we elevate the human side of hospitality—not diminish it.
Ultimately, AI levels the playing field, and even more importantly, it allows big visions to win—because vision should never be limited by resources or day-to-day operational burdens. That belief is the engine behind everything we do at Jurny.
Can you share the latest update on the current investment round on Wefunder?
Over the past few months, we've seen incredible momentum behind the scenes at Jurny. We welcomed a group of new strategic investors—hospitality leaders from companies like Marriott, JP Morgan Chase, Accor, SBE, and Nextbite—who not only bring capital but deep industry expertise. Their support is a major validation of Jurny’s mission and vision for the future of hospitality.
At the same time, we recognized that much of our success has come from the early believers—the community of operators, partners, and supporters who stood with us from the very beginning. That’s why we made the decision to open this round publicly: to give our community the opportunity to invest alongside major strategic players and be part of Jurny’s next chapter.
We're excited to now extend this opportunity to The Offer Sheet audience as well, giving more people who believe in the future of AI-driven hospitality a chance to join us at this pivotal moment.
